General Information

Mathematics, science and issues related to areas with adequate infrastructure, using the data obtained in the basic knowledge and skills to interpret and assess the level, can identify problems, and solutions that perform professional plan and develop projects to train individuals.


Objective

Steeped in the concepts and principles related to the topic, and technological methods to follow the new systems, new product design, manufacturing and quality control capabilities capable, able to control the production and accumulation of food products available, quality assurance work, including preparation, design and production units to train qualified technical staff that could act.
