The basic principle of the Management and Organization Department is; It is the implementation of an economics, business and computer science supported management and organization education program.
The main purpose of the Management and Organization department is; have knowledge of the basic principles, strategies and techniques of contemporary management science; To meet the qualified personnel needs of public institutions and private sector organizations by raising executive candidates who can think analytically, who can solve problems and who are equipped with decision-making abilities, respectful to human rights, loyal to ethical values, creative, constructive and solution-producing. Students graduating from this department take part in every level of administration that requires a manager, especially in public institutions and increasingly in private sector institutions, such as general management, personnel management, research and development. Those who successfully complete this associate degree program can enter the 4-year education departments of universities if they are successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) conducted by OSYM.
