GENERAL INFORMATION
Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics master Program have been trained students since 2009-2010 fall educational term.

Objective
The aim of the program of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics is to help the individuals improve their knowledge, skills and perceptions about educational issues and to guide them to be sufficient enough to comprehend, interpret and apply theories, models and research methods in the areas of their study. Educational Administration, Educational Supervision, Educational Economics and Planning, Decision and Decisions Support Systems in Educational Organizations, Leadership in Educational Organizations, School Culture, Comparative Educational Policies are among the courses of which aims are to improve the students as versatile individuals


Admission Requirements
ALES score is not required.

Graduation Requirements
student must complete the required course load (30 PAU credits) with a CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00; and successfully prepare and defend term project.

Career Opportunties
For the students who work for private organizations or public office, being graduated from the Master of Arts (MA) program of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics will have the opportunity to be assigned to higher positions in their institutions if the conditions are sufficient enough. In addition, the public officers who successfully graduate from a Master of Arts (MA) program are awarded one level progress in their job career. The graduate students who do not work for any institution or organization will have the opportunity to be recruited in various private or public organizations for different positions.

PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Ability to deepen the collected knowledge related to education toward basic theories and applications of EASEP and evaluate the relationships between the theories and applications related to educational administration and supervision.
2Ability to comprehend the relationships between EASEP and psychology, sociology, philosophy, management, economy, political sciences and other related disciplines and to carry out interdisciplinary studies by using gained knowledge and abilities related to EASEP.
3Ability to apply the knowledge obtained to different level educational organizations in order to be developed and be managed effectively.
4Ability to identify the problems of educational administration and supervision by using the knowledge obtained in EASEP and to develop new point of views by using the knowledge obtained from related disciplines.
5Ability to develop necessary skills of using statistical softwares in order to carry out a scientific research and to use knowledge and communication technologies necessary for sharing knowledge and data.
6Ability to develop solution models toward the problems of EASEP by using related theories and approaches and to apply these solution models to the total system.
7Ability to gain the knowledge necessary for carrying out independent studies in EASEP and to apply teamwork skills in order to reach effective results in interdisciplinary studies
8Ability to internalize the principles of professional development and lifelong learning which are considered necessary fort he field of EASEP.
9Ability to demonstrate the leadership skills necessary for moving human resources and managing the dynamics of social relationships in the social and educational settings they involved.
10Ability to interpret the strategies, politics and plans developed for educational system in the way of theories and principles of educational administration and supervision; ability to evaluate the obtained results in the framework of national and international quality indicators.
11Ability to comprehend social, scientific and ethic values in research studies; ability to carry out the research process by considering these values.
12Ability to develop new point of views by analyzing the reflections of international educational policies on national educational policies.
13Ability to develop leadership skills in order to move the human resources toward organizational goals and the visions of educational instutitions.

Problem SolvingThe name given to any doubt or ambiguity that arises is, a problem. Problems which usually have a role in human life, that have preventing or annoying aspects are solved by considering the stages of scientific methods. (a) Problems are determined. (b) The problem is identified. 
Brainstorming Brainstorming is a group work process that has been regulated to reach solutions for a problem without limitations or evaluation. The purpose of brainstorming is to make it easier for students to express themselves and to generate ideas. This technique is used as a high-level discussion
