2273 SPORTS MANAGEMENT

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Sport management master program started to receive students in 2017-2018 autumn education year

Objective
Educate people with scientific basis and the universal nature of researchers, collaborative, participatory, original and aesthetic values​​, to give a contemporary sport management education. Sports management, economics and management concepts can apply to professional and amateur sport, contemporary developments in the sports industry, followed by elements loyal to train Olympic and ethical values​​. Our vision, with the spirit of Olympism, applying scientific and ethical values ​​in all aspects of sport, active, creative, innovative, eleştirebilen, free, and scientific thinking, respect for human rights, improving managerial skills in working together and sharing, the criteria of modernity and adapt to changing world conditions, sports to train managers, all of our services continue to be the best in the world, Turkey is a good sample.


Admission Requirements
Scientific adaptation and integration will be asking for students from other than sport management area. ALES and Language criteria of Social Sciences Institute will be apply.

Graduation Requirements
Students who achieve departmental credit condition and dissertation presentation will be graduated.

Career Opportunties
Graduates of the master's program, if they are successful in the entrance exams, can primarily work as an instructor in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and Technology Schools/Faculties. In addition, they can work as managers and sports specialists in various institutions and organizations, sports clubs, sports federations, municipalities, sports and recreation units, and halls outside the club status.

Second Cycle (Master's Degree)

Recognition of Prior Learning
"Scientific Preparation Program" is applied to students who have at least 4 years of undergraduate education but do not come from the field of Sports Sciences.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
Students who achieve departmental credit condition and dissertation presentation will be graduated.

Access to Further Studies
Candidates who have successfully completed their master's education can study in doctoral programs, provided that they get sufficient grades from the ALES exam and have sufficient English language knowledge.
