3744 LABOUR ECONOMICS AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION
The purpose of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations Master Program is training experts who gained abilities of accessing information, evaluation, synthesis, interpretation and reporting by means of conducting independent academic research in the light of theoretic and practical MA courses, in the field of labour relations. These capabilities are expected to reflect on his/her career as labour economics and industrial relations science expert.

Objective
In accordance with the multi-disciplinary structure of the department, to ensure that the graduates of the program have an academic background, to train the workforce for the professions they can work in the public and private sectors; To train experts on social policy, social security, individual and collective labour relations, union, social dialogue, employment and unemployment, wages, productivity, human resources management, occupational health and safety, etc. who can work in public and private sectors, and in organizations such as the European Union and the International Labour Organization; To provide the graduates with the ability to find solutions to the problems experienced in the field of labour relations, both in theory and in practice, at a universal and national level.
