GENERAL INFORMATION
The Environmental Engineering Programme offers both theoretical and practical courses in various fields like Water, Wastewater, Air and Soil Pollution Control and Treatment, Solid Waste Management, Hazardous Waste, Noise Pollution and Water Resources Management.

Objective
A graduate, with a Doctor of Philosophy in the Environmental Engineering Programme, will have an improved knowledge in one of the selected specialisations (Water, Wastewater, Air and Soil Pollution, Control and Treatment, Solid Waste Management, Hazardous Waste, Noise Pollution and Water Resources Management) and will receive the Doctorate. The graduates are also expected to be able to conduct and encourage fundamental and applied research with a focus of designing and implementing sound, feasible, and sustainable engineering solutions to the environmental real-world issues.
