Course Objective	To develop program development in education and to give students knowledge on measurement and evaluation.
Course Content	Basic concepts on program development, measuring and assessment, elements, targets, behaviors of education program, properties of education, measurement, measuring tools and their properties, reliability, validity, usefulness, test and material statistics.

1	Be able to know the basic concepts about measurement and evaluation.
