Course Objective The aim of this course is; to enable students to have knowledge about the philosophical and theoretical foundations of qualitative research, and to develop and implement a qualitative research proposal on a topic they have determined in their field in order to experience the qualitative research process.
Course Content Comparison of quantitative and qualitative research methods, qualitative research approaches, data collection methods in qualitative research, validity and reliability in qualitative research, data analysis in qualitative research, research design, data sources, evaluation of the researcher's role.

1Students design and implement a qualitative research project on a topic related to their field.
