Course Objective	The aim of this course is to provide doctorate level students with the necessary research methods knowledge and skills to conduct independent research.
Course Content	The methods to be followed in scientific research, the determination of the research problem, the necessary methods for collecting the data appropriate to the problem, the basic concepts of statistics in order to provide the necessary information for the analysis of the data, the collection and organization of data, frequency distributions and graphs, measures of central tendency & distribution, statistical analyses that used frequently in mathematics educational research.
