Course Objective	To introduce traffic counts and surveys used in modelling and analysis.
Course Content	Introduction - Traffic Flow Variables, Volume, Concentration, Speed - Observations and Surveys - Moving Observes Method - Fundamental diagrams of Traffic Flow - Capacities of Highway, Capacity Analysis Technics - Traffic Volume Estimates - Highway Design. .
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Will be able to know main surveys and data collection in traffic technic.
2	Will be able to measure speed-flow and density in the field.
3	Will be able to make macroscopic modelling of traffic flows.
4	Will be able to design surveys about delay, saturation flow and parking.
5	Will be able to determine capacity of interrupted and uninterrupted traffic flows.
