Course Objective Unlike the classical treatment technologies, the use of water treatment and application areas of membrane technologies.
Course Content Membrane structure and characteristic features of membrane processes (microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis),application areas of membrane technologies, fouling and concentration polarization of membranes, cleaning of membranes, membrane module types and module design, economic analysis of the use of membrane. Membrane flux and rejection modeling processes.
