Course Objective To cultivate pure and hybrid from spore and tissue samples by making biotechnologic applications in fungus cultivation.
Course Content Fungus cultivation, biotechnologic applications, producing mycellium culture from tissue samples, spore germination, obtaining hybrid species by crossing the spore(isolate) with each other, froming commerical spawn making, making increments, preserving mycellium culture in appropriate conditions.
