Course Objective To provide information about molecular microbiology. In this course, the field of basic and diagnostic molecular microbiology principles and applications will be given basic information about the comprehensive.
Course Content Principles of diagnosis, Cultural Verification and Direct Detection Probes Nucleic Acid Amplification Methods Diagnostic Sequence Analysis and Mutation Type Typing Analysis (PFGE, Amplification by PCR-based of microbial typing, Variable Number Tandem Repeats in Bacterial typing, Multilocus Sequence Typing, Automated Ribotyping)
