Course Objective Give information about conjugation reactions in terms of enzymological, metabolic, biological pharmacological and molecular biological concepts.
Course Content Basic biochemical and molecular aspects of conjugation reactions and the conjugases. The glucuronidation, acetylation, sulfation, O-, N-, S- methylation and Glutathione conjugation reactions with emphasis on enzymological, metabolic, biological pharmacological and molecular biological concepts. The course includes lectures and discussions of recent journal articles.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
