Course Objective Microorganisms are clearly central to the very functioning of the biosphere. Hence, the science of microbiology is the foundation of all the biological science. Therefore, in this course, microorganisms will be defined as cell.
Course Content Isolation and identification of Gram (+) ve gram (-) bacteria, morphology in broth and agar medium, pure culture, dye methods, tests of identification.
