Course Objective To provide information about molecular techniques using bacterium systematic.
Course Content The course includes the following titles: Numerical taxonomy, nucleic acids in bacterial classification, protein and lipopolysaccharides profiles, fatty acid analysis, bacteriocin, nucleic acid hybridization, PCR, serological analysis, phage typing, plasmid DNA analysis, ribotyping, pigmentation in bacteria.
