Course Objective This course is to gain information and skills about within the scope of the student's home-care services, health promotion and protection of the individual and the family, the basic principles and concepts with nursing home care, home health care services, the patient's health status diagnostics, nursing interventions, planning, practice, and evaluating the outcomes of care, nursing care, basic and special needs are met, care before, during and after care support caregivers in providing adequate knowledge and skills to enable them to have.
Course Content This course includes information and practice about the definition of home health care, home care services our country and the world, chronic illnesses and home care, the basic principles and concepts with nursing home care , the responsibilities of nurses in home care
