Course Objective The aim of this course is to gain information and skills about the development and maintenance of continance, assesment and evulation of women with lower urinary tract symptoms and their families, treatment methods and the nursing approach
Course Content This course includes information and practices about the holistic assessment of physical and psychosocial care needs of woman with lower urinary tract system symptoms and her family, their treatment and rehabilitation.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

1She / he explains the prevalence, risk factors and classifications of lower urinary tract system symptoms
2She / he considers the effects of lower urinary tract sysytem symptoms on quality of life,
3She / he summarizes the develalopment and maintanence of continance
4She / he explains the diagnostic methods used in the assessment of patients with lower urinary tract system symptoms
5She / he performs the basic level diagnostic tests on lowewr urinary tract system
6She/he explains the treatment methods in patients with lower urinary tract system symptoms
7She/he explains the diagnosis and treatment methods for fecal incontinance
8She/he explains and demonstrates the roles of nurses in urogynecology
9She/he explains the importance of promoting health lifestyl behaviors in lower urinary tract system symptoms
