Course Objective	The purpose of this lesson is to give comprehensive theoretical information about the situation of family planning services and family planning methods in our country. In this contend it aims to teach how to be a good consultant in both area and clinic. It also intends to teach nursing skills and primary health care approaches dealing with negative situations affecting sexual health.
Course Content	Literature View,Organization and Management of Family Planning Services,Providing Quality Family Planning Services,Family Planning Situation İn The World and Turkey,Evalution of Served People,Family Planning Counseling,Prevention of Infection ,Fertility Awareness and Family Plannig,Mıd-term exam,Breastfeeding and Pregnancy Prevention, Barrier Methods,Injectable Contraceptives Obtained and Oral Contraceptives,Subcutaneous implants and İntrauterin Device,Voluntary Surgical Sterilization, Family Planning in Postpartum Period,Emergency Contraception, Family Planning After Abortion, New Contraceptive Methods

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	To be able to learn the definition of family planning and process of family planning
2	To be able to comprehend the importance of society problems related with family planning and population planning
3	To be able to learn family planning methods
4	To be able to comprehend genital tract infections and methods of preventing infections
5	To be able to provide family planning counseling
6	To be able to practice İUD
7	To be able to comprehend infertility and assistant reproductive techniques
8	To be able to determine risk groups and plan practices can be done to increase awareness of risk groups
9	To be able to comprehend society problems about Sexual and Reproductive Health and develop solution
10	To be able to research subject of family planning and interpret research results
