Course Objective To understand the theory and practice of fundamental and general laboratory techniques used in molecular biology research, To gain practical skills that are the core of research in molecular biology, To cover the self-reliance in approaching experimental design and record keeping. .
Course Content Collection and storage of biologic materials. Isolation methods of DNA, RNA, and proteins. Principles of polimerize chain reaction, Protein and DNA electrophoresis, jel staining and imaging methods .
