Primary aim of this lesson to learn chromosomal basis of heredity,clinical significance and applications of the cytogenetic analysis. .
Course Content
Structure of chromosoms and chromatin, strucrute of human chromosomes and normal karyotype, methods in chromosome analysis, indications of chromosomal analysis, cell division and gametogenesis, identification and mechanisms of chromosomal abnormalities, otozomal and gonozomal chromosome anomalies and clinical consequences. .
