Course Objective The aim of this lecture is to teach to students the concepts of organizational development, such as change management, organizational effectiveness, pplanned change, organizational learning, and organizational change dynamics in the processes of culture, economy, systems, and technology. 
Course Content The relationship between the national culture and organizational development, planned change, actions research, organizational learning, intervention techniques to the structure of organization, to the organizational processes, individual and group level intervention tecniques, modern management techniques. 
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
