Course Objective To provide information about the employment (which has a significant share in total employment), structure and economics of agricultural sector which is the significant component of the Turkish economy where a structural economic transformation has been followed since the foundation of the Republic and the social policy that implement in the agricultural sector.
Course Content Become knowledgeable about the place of agricultural sector in Turkish economy, agricultural structure, production and agricultural enterprises, the population in agricultural sector, labor structure and human resources in the sector, economic, professional and social organizations, social security and social policies those employed in agriculture, subsidies in agricultural sector, institutional and legal arrangements, precautions and arrangements of the Turkish agriculture to adop the CAP.
