Course Objective	The objective of this course is to explain current developments in public sector from perspective of leadership and motivation theories.
Course Content	Among the main issues to deal with within the scope of this course as folows: Basic notions on leadership and motivation, the leadership necessity in organizations, leadership models and theories, relationship between leadership and motivation, leadership issues in public sector, motivational issues in public sector and current leadership subjects.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
