Course Objective This course aims to empower students to understand methodology in feminist studies and thus be able to: Critically assess the knowledge claims, methodology and underlying epistemology of research projects, whether conducted from a feminist perspective or not; Design research projects in a collaborative manner, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of feminist scholarship.
Course Content Critical examination of epistemological and methodological issues raised by feminist studies. Introduction to research design and to documentary research, as well as to a range of basic techniques for analysing data from a variety of sources (statistical, literary, archival, interviews, etc.).
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

2Examines various feminist research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
3Use theoretical and practical tools in order to conduct feminist research
