Course Objective	The aim of this lecture is to critically evaluate the basic approaches and theories in the Public administration and administrative science in a comparative manner with a comparative perspective.
Course Content	Public service; is applied or functioning by a public corporate entity or a private individual corporate entity towards the target of public good. Public services which are applied by administration are augmented with diversification in time. While public services number increased; its' provision is changing with the ties of societal demands. At that course both the new and contemporary comments towards the concept of public service and the new ways at the provision of public services will be examined.
