Course Objective The main objectives of this course are to explain main changes in marketing phenomenon, teach how to establish relationships with customers and increase their value and build skills of relationship marketing programs.
Course Content The concepts of communication and relationship, marketing communication, the importance of relationship marketing, the differences between transactional marketing and relationship marketing, the historical evaluation of relationship marketing, relationship marketing programs and processes, the benefits of relationship marketing to consumers and companies, the behavioral aspects of relationship marketing, relationship quality, customer relationship management, mass customization, customer life time value, one-to-one marketing, the relationship between customer loyalty and relationship marketing.
