COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Students understand legal relationships in consumer law, why consumer law is an important branch of law and sources of consumer law.
2	Students define the concepts of consumer, consumption relations, the elements of consumer rights, consumer law and liability.
3	Students understand legal causes of the liability in consumer law.
4	Students understand the consumer court’s duities
