Course Objective The purpose of the course is analyzing the agreements, decisions and practices preventing, distorting or restricting competition in markets for goods and services, and the abuse of dominance by the undertakings dominant in the market.
Course Content Historical development of the Competition Law, competition restrictive agreements, decisions and concerted actions, exemptions, abuse of dominant position, mergers and acquisitions, sanctions of the limiting competition applications, criminal sanctions, legal sanctions, law authorities, the Competition Board, review and research procedures, investigation, decisions that Board may take and judical auditing of the board decisions .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
