Course Objective Comprehending the foundations of higher order thinking skills, understanding the relation between the formative assessment and development of the higher order thinking skills, developing and applying performance based assessment task to assess higher order thinking skills, providing formative feedback
Course Content The main concepts related with the student achievement (information, skill and ability), the theoretical foundations of problem solving, critical thinking, creative thinking, the 21st century (personal and interpersonal) skills, the properties and application of the formative assessment, performance based assessment of higher order thinking skills, the characteristics of formative feedback and providing feedback
