Course Objective With the proper motivational strategies, one can motivate an ordinary team of athletes to meet their full potential and achieve greatness. Because of this sport scientists have to know general motivational principles with specific strategies relevant to their goals.
Course Content Motivational strategies fall into three general categories: Intrinsic, extrinsic, and amotivation. Motivational theories and writing a report.
