Course Objective The aim of this course is to develop necessary statistical knowledge, thinking and reasoning abilities of teachers by binding with data and probability concepts of basic statistics and probability issues which will be teached at school mathematics level.
Course Content The basic elements of statistics, statistical research process, the concept of distribution, figures of distribution, measures of central tendency, measures of expansion, summarization with five numbers, boxplot, sample and sampling, statistical inference, regression analysis, probability theory, modeling probability issues and simulations, randomization test
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
