COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1What is the organization, knowing the types and features, in terms of the organization understand the importance of positive communication.
2The organization of these theories of organizational communication theory and organizational consequences of the explanations and knows that these statements.
3Communication process, communication items, and communicate the impact of these elements, knows the functions of individual and organizational communication.
4Verbal, nonverbal and written communication types and forms of communication (the person with the communication, interpersonal, group, organizational and mass communication), knows the organization understand the importance and impact.
5Functioning of the communication process (one-way-two-way communications), (symmetric and asymmetric communication) knows the properties.
6Knows ways to overcome these obstacles and barriers to communication.
