Course Objective The aim of this course is to understand and explain the direct and indirect effects of cultivation techniques applied in cereal production on the quality of winter cereals.
Course Content The quality criteria of each cereal grain will be examined and the quality criteria will be discussed with each other and with the growing techniques.
