COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course Level Master's Degree

Course Objective To teach the definition and importance of organic agriculture, agricultural pollution, general principles of organic agriculture, certification system, organic agriculture law and regulation, organic fruit, vegetable and vineyard growing techniques.
Course Content Sustainable farming techniques, the definition of organic farming, the purpose, the development of organic agriculture in the world and in Turkey, organic farming techniques, their difference from conventional agriculture, organic farming practices, organic farming systems, organic farming principles of organic agriculture enterprises, the contract farming principles and organic farming implementation.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
