Course Content Basic Properties of Semiconductor Materials, Electronic Constructions of Semiconductors, Interface Physics, Quantum Pit, Superlattices, Quantum Telleri and Points, Electron Transport, Optical Properties, Fabrication and Characterization of semiconductor Devices, Applications in Electronics and Optoelectronics
