Course Objective to define the spatial and functional changing process in urban settlements, to debate on the written and visual sources within the methodological framework, to make socio-cultural analyses on the regional and urban context, to define the historical development process in chronological sequences in case studies.
Course Content the birth and development of urban history as a scientific discipline, the relations between other disciplines. Studies on urban history in the World and Turkey, Using source and the methodological approaches, case studies in the regional and urban context.
