Engine output changes depending on the engine load and speed teaching, engine power, effective efficiency, thermal efficiency, teaching the calculation of mechanical efficiency. Teaching the calculation of power spent on friction
Course Content
Engine testing, the engine characteristics, engine torque, fuel consumption and intake air flow rate and measurement of fuel consumption, dynamometer type, the Prony brake, are to be considered in the engine testing, engine of engine performance parameters and motor output load and depending on the speed change, engine and chassis dynamometers Engine power, effective efficiency, thermal efficiency, calculation of mechanical efficiency. Calculation of power spent on friction, engine lubricating oil, cooling water, measurement of exhaust gas temperature and the effects on performance, exhaust gas changes depending on engine load and speed of emissions.
