Course Content Properties of X-rays, Directions and Intensities of Diffracted Beams, Diffractometer and Spectrometer Measurements, Oualitative and Quantitative Chemical Analysis and Methods by X-ray Diffraction, The diffractograms of whole-rock and clay fraction of Geological Materials by X-ray Diffraction (the determination of polytypes, crystallinity, measurements of b0 parameter, semi-quantitative percentages of rock-forming minerals)
