Course Objective It aims to teach the sampling of biological variables in freshwater ecosystems, as well as data analysis methods that can be applied in the laboratory environment.
Course Content It includes safety in field and laboratory studies, physical and chemical properties of water, biological variables (microbial community, phytoplankton, phytobentose, macroinvertebrates, fish and aquatic plants), stable isotope analysis, paleolimnological applications and diversity components in aquatic systems.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
