Course Content - Equipment and aseptic techniques of stem cell laboratories - Embryonic stem cell isolation -Somatic stem cell isolation -Induced pluripotent stem cell isolation - Stem cell culture - Stem cell differentiation mediums and differentiation factors

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1It is aimed to learn how to obtain different stem cell types.
2It is aimed that the students have the ability to independently perform the planning, execution and evaluation stages of stem cell isolation researches.
3It is aimed to gain master's level competence in methods to be followed in isolation and culture stages in stem cell researches.
