COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective	Prepare a PhD thsesis in a topic related to medical microbiology and present it.
Course Content	Identify topic of interest, define related problems, literature search, prepare a project, learn the general laboratory principles and carry out the project according to the principles, collect and evaluate data, write and present a PhD thesis according to the present rules.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.
Mode of Delivery	Face to Face

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Students identify topic of interest with her/his consultant supervision.
2	Examines the literature related with her/his PhD thesis.
3	Students prepare a thesis proposal under the consultant supervision.
4	Student prepare and complete the experimental part of the thesis under the consultant supervision.
5	Student evaluate and interpret the results of the research with her/his consultant.
6	Students write and present their thesis according to present rules.
