in this lecture, we try to find the answers of the fallowing questions; How to create a scientific hypothesis for research topic, how to prepare a scientific hypothesis, which has formed after the stages. The testing of hypotheses, planning experiments carried out in accordance with the hypothesis will try to explain to the students.
