To give information about experimental animal biology and handling methods in experimental research.
Course Content
1. Description of experimental animal, biological properties, physiological properties, anatomic structures and reproduction. 2. Experimental animals’ living space and diseases 3. Ethical problems 4. Mice 5. Rat 6. Rabbit 7. Significant points in giving agents 8. Intermediate 9. Estimating agent quantity and Technics of giving agents 10. Technic of drawing blood from experimental animals 11. Urine, plasma and serum obtain from experimental animal. 12.Anaesthesia 13. Euthanasia 14. Autopsy .
