Course Objective The main purpose of this course is to provide students with current research methods and results on different recovery strategies that can be used to optimize sportive performance.
Course Content In the field of sportive performance, nutrition, supplements, rest periods, forms of rest, massage, cold shower etc. The aim is to ensure that current research approaches on alternative recovery methods can be analyzed by the student in terms of content, method and results.
