Course Objective Exercise the respiratory, circulatory and hormonal adaptations, physiological basis of training, nutrition-performance relationship, exercise in different environments (hot-cold-high-low pressure, underwater physiology) theoretically, ergometer, ergospirometr is application to calculate maximal oxygen consumption.
Course Content Investigation of chronic and acute responses to exercise of the physiological systems, performance-related physiological measurements, follow the literature on sports physiology, creating problems for research, the evaluation examined all matters related publications and access to insights that can use this information periodization training and physiological measurements.
