Analyzing the "Future of Work" discussions that are leading issues of the international literature and examining the reflections on the Turkish labour relations.
Course Content
-Automation and its impact on businesses and different segments of the workforce -New employment models developing after the COVID-19 pandemic - Flexible employment, GIG economy, digital labor, etc. - The impact of artificial intelligence and robotic technology on jobs -Demography and the future of work: elderly population, immigrant workforce, child labor -Basic Income discussions - The future of unemployment - The future of the labour organizations - Future of work discussions in Turkey
