Course Objective	The purpose of the lesson is teaching the basic approaches to leadership with theoretical models. Additionally the aim of the lesson is teaching the contemporary issues in leadership.
Course Content	Leadership descriptions, Trait approaches to leadership, Behavioral approaches to leadership, Contingency approaches to leadership, Mentor, Ethics and Trust in leadreship, Contemporary leadership roles.

1	Students describe the leadership and related concepts.
2	Students explain the meaning and the importance of the leadership for individuals and for organization seperately.
3	Students analyse the leadership effectiveness from the aspects of traits, behaviors and conditions.
4	Students explain the contemporary leadership approaches with focus issues.
5	Students conduct functional assessment of leadership effects on organizational culture and climate.
6	Students identify their own potential leadership skills, abilities, conditions and techniques.
