Course Objective	To teach Ottoman Kul system that one of the most important factors in shaping the formation of political society of Ottoman State
Course Content	The commanders forming the Ottoman political society, raising the army, and the place of “KUL” system in Ottoman State, elimination of KUL system by modernization will be focused on.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.
