1Define the basic concepts of the public administration discipline.
2Determine the schools from which the Turkish public administration is affected.
3Show the main administrative systems.
4 Comparative the public administration systems of Turkey and other selected countries.
5Evaluate the organs of legislation, execution and judicial functioning in the selected countries.
6Organize the fields of convergence and divergence of the selected countries.
